The Maibiredi Charity Foundations has been contacted to attend to a very heart-wrenching condition of a 12 year old Maryam.
Maryam has been sick for four months. What started as mild mumps on the neck developed puss. She was admitted to FMC Gusau but her poor mother who lost connection to her husband who traveled to an unknown destination, she could not settle the N300,000 bill, so she was forced to return home.
With barely very little to eat, her mother resorted to menial job by threshing to get bran to prepare gruel for her ailing daughter.
